Interviewing Keith Barfield gave good insight into the world of CPA firms. Keith said basically the CPA firms were usually like sweat shops. Keith wanted a different type of firm. He insist people take time off, enjoy smelling the roses.
Keith is friendly, intelligent and cares about his employees.
