When does a state change the law to include ethics...I live in a state that is changing their ethics law. My question is if ethics must be written into a law I have little confidence it will change much of anything. If a child does not understand ethics by the time they are five years old about what is right and what is wrong education, laws, and other such nonsense is exactly that. Of course the same state as a former govenor in prison, a city major in prison not to mention a sewer charade that continues to pop up in the media.
Ethics, integrity, honesty, are human factors that can not be dictated by law. Sorry but the law is missing the mark!
