Susie and I have known one another for about eight years now. She moved her company's location to accomodate more space and more employees in 2007. Due to a lack of knowledge on the process of telephone lines especially with new construction they experience an outage for 21 days. Stay Connected is another book I penned on the subject of telecommunication. No one should suffer nor should their revenue be at risk due to a lack of knowledge on a process that only someone with a certain type of experience understands.
Our world is so impacted by ethics, non-caring people and now this new book is an example for others to have hope and know some CEO's really do care.
